Introduction
The Four Seasons residential park is nestled near the village of Winkleigh in the heart of Devon, between Exmoor and Dartmoor, the village of Winkleigh is home to less than 1500 people.
The village has a long history, mentioned in the Domesday Book in 1086.
Approximately 20 miles from Barnstaple, 12 miles from Okehampton and 22 miles from Exeter. A regular bus service runs from the park.
Each home retains it’s own individual character, modestly spaced apart and positioned at angles to achieve maximum space. Adjacent to each home is a paved driveway to the garage and a path to the front door.
All the developments are mid to high-end
luxury park homes with 2 double bedrooms, fitted kitchens, utility room, en-suite shower or bathrooms. Some homes feature a study. We, personally, have a home with a built in sun room!
